Atlass Double

Location: 509-511 N. Seventh Street, Lafayette, Indiana

This historic double-house was built sometime before 1889, probably in the mid-1880s. It is located on a tall hill in the heart of Historic Centennial Neighborhood. After years of neglect and division into apartments. The house contained as many as twelve units at one time before a fire in 2001 forced it to be vacated. It has been renovated by Ginn Properties, LLC, which has renovated many other historic buildings in Lafayette.
