This beautiful church was one of the finest works of the firm during this period and was a significant landmark in the West Lafayette village area. In 1973 the front half of the building was demolished and a modernist-style sanctuary built offset from the original. Now known as the First United Methodist Church, the congregation built a new church elsewhere in 2004. The building was demolished in December, 2004.
