Genealogy
My family is all from the Lafayette, Indiana area. My paternal grandmother, Ruth (Zeigler) Ross Hoshaw (1925-2003) grew up in Wingate, Indiana, in Montgomery County. I am named after her father, Benjamin L. Zeigler (1887-1977).

Drug Store, Wingate, Indiana, c.1910-1920. I bought this card on eBay because it was of Wingate. When I opened the package I was shocked to find that it was sent by my great-grandfather, Benjamin L. Zeigler, after whom I was named. This had not been stated in the item description. It's like winning the lottery.![]() |
